Heritage Lifecare is one of New Zealand’s largest aged care providers, operating 42 care homes and 20 villages across the country. With a workforce of around 2,400 staff supporting more than 2,200 residents, the organisation plays a vital role in delivering long-term and respite care nationwide. 

Heritage Lifecare engaged National Group’s Capital Projects division to deliver a multi-trade interior upgrade at Redroofs Lifecare in Dunedin. Coordinating lighting, wall panelling, handrails, and full repainting, the project was carried out in a live aged-care environment to keep residents safe and daily routines uninterrupted.
