National Group Ltd Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all information collected by National Group Ltd or on our behalf. For the purposes of this policy the expressions “us” “our” and “we” refer to National Group Ltd Any reference to “you” and “your” in this document is to any person in respect of whom, or for which, we are holding information which is governed by this policy.

This policy gives respect to the the Privacy Act 1993 of New Zealand (“the Privacy Act”), which may be amended from time to time. If this legislation is replaced then the replacement legislation will apply.

Using this system has particular risks which is why the Privacy Act has particular requirements where unique identifiers are used.

We do not use unique identifiers in respect of personal information we hold.

GENERAL REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTY

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Site will be in strict accordance with the privacy section, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Site will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Group Ltd, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
