Staff Policy Handbook

National Decorators staff carry a staff handbook with them at all times which stems from our experience within large organisations such as Fonterra and Goodman Fielder. This handbook outlines the vision and values of the company along with clearly stating our policy on staff conduct and etiquette as well as health and safety items.

Recruitment

Choosing team members that clearly reflect and fit the company’s values is important to upholding the long established company culture. At National Decorators we undertake a strict vetting process for all new team members to ensure only the best are recruited. This vetting covers various things from presentation and attitude to areas like police checks and drug testing.
